I really have no explanation for what this one is. I just like the way it looks. The entire vehicle gives an impression of being experimental and powerful somehow, but I haven't filled in the details yet. After all, if those jets in the back make it go very fast, then having a completely un-aerodynamic front section (as well as no windshields) would be a serious mistake. If it's intended to be some sort of urban warzone assault vehicle, then why would its engines and inner workings be totally exposed in the front? No, this vehicle doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it's great eye candy.
